All items must be returned in their original condition (i.e. unwashed, unused, unworn, undamaged), tagged, and accompanied by the original receipt or gift receipt.
Credit will be issued in the form of payment you used. If your return does not meet the above criteria, do not attempt to return it, as it will be rejected by our returns department.
Original shipping and handling charges are non refundable. Exchanges/credits will be processed once your return is received. If you require an exchange, the cost of shipping is the customer's responsibility. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are not responsible for items that are lost while in-transit to us.

DAMAGES - IN STORE PURCHASES
Please fully inspect your purchase before leaving the store. We do not process exchanges or issue in-store credit for damages once an item is removed from the store.
DAMAGES - ONLINE PURCHASES
We must be notified within 48 hours if there has been any damage to your shipment. Please contact us at email@example.com or 407-217-5907 to process an exchange/credit due to damage.
